You can cancel no later than 15 days before the agreed booking. Then you pay no fee.

For cancellations later than 14 days before the day of arrival, a standard based fee will be charged as below.

For cancellation, the following conditions apply:

* If the cancellation occurs. 14-7 days before access, you must pay 25% of the agreed amount

* If the cancellation occurs. 6-3 days before access, you must pay 50% of the agreed amount    

* In case of cancellation later than 2 days before the date of entry according to agreement, or if you cancel the current stay without a valid reason. 

   100% of agreed amount 

* If the stay is interrupted due to non-compliance, no money will be refunded,

* Cancellation in case of illness later than 14 days before arrival, we want to get a medical certificate. And no costs are charged.
